My Story
My journey has taken me through military service, leadership roles, family challenges, spiritual growth, and a lifelong search for purpose.
Serving as a United States Marine taught me discipline, responsibility, and the importance of servant leadership. Later experiences in law enforcement, consulting, and family life deepened those lessons.
Along the way I discovered that performance and achievement could never provide what only grace can offer. Through failure, recovery, faith, and God’s continuing work in my life, I began to understand leadership, relationships, and purpose in a new way.
Today I write and speak about faith, leadership, redemption, and living with intention. My goal is to help others move from performance to grace, conflict to connection, and isolation to restoration.
